License to CSCOPE
By posting messages, uploading files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication through this service, you are granting CSCOPE a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to:

This service may include bulletin boards and chat rooms ("bulletin boards") which allow feedback to CSCOPE and real-time interaction between users. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall CSCOPE be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, CSCOPE materials. You specifically acknowledge and agree that CSCOPE is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any CSCOPE material, or with any of CSCOPE’s terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using CSCOPE.

Notices and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to CSCOPE.

Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by CSCOPE, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the bulletin boards and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the bulletin boards, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

CSCOPE and Privacy
Because your privacy is important to us, CSCOPE operates by these principles:

The www.cscope.us website ("Site") is maintained by Region XIII, 5701 Springdale Rd, Austin, Texas 78723. We can be reached by e-mail at webmaster@esc13.txed.net

We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). CSCOPE collects information online primarily to make it easier and more rewarding for you to use our services. Depending on the service you are accessing, you could be asked at various times to provide information such as your name, email address, or information about what you like and do not like. On other occasions such as when we provide online registration for events, we may request your credit card number to conclude the transaction, or your mailing address to ensure proper delivery. We request this information to provide our strongest value to you - a personalized online experience. We use your Personal Information to operate CSCOPE websites and we may occasionally inform you of new features, services, and products from CSCOPE.
